NEWS PHOTOS PRESS HOME

Are you restoring your museum called the Wren's Nest?

No? I don't blame you. It costs a lot of money to look this handsome.

Wren's Nest at Night

Feel free to follow the progress of our $190,000 conservation project from the planning stages (March 2008) to the fancy-pants architectural photos (December 2009).

The before and after pictures are pretty remarkable. Go ahead and check 'em out. I'll wait.

Atlanta Magazine Features the Wren's Nest

Find us in the October issue of Atlanta Magazine! We're in between the angry letters about the Real Housewives of Atlanta and a feature about the director of the CDC.

Or, be our guest and check out the article online.

The print edition has a few more photos by Jamey Guy (awesome dude).

Look Fly In Free Brer Wear!

Have you seen our critter t-shirts? Ouch, they are sharp! They're also free. Or $15. Lemme explain:

Wren's Nest Brer Wear!

Read 5 Brer Rabbit stories, complete this form, and turn it in at the Wren's Nest. We'll give you your choice of t-shirt. Want to read 20 stories and collect all 4? That's A-OK too (just not all at once! We gotta pay the bills, after all).

Too cool to read 5 Brer Rabbit stories? Shirts are $15. Don't have any Brer Rabbit stories? Here, let's get you some.

Pick Up Your Copy of Wayfarer's Diary

Every summer the Wren's Nest hosts 8 or so brilliant high school editors who create an amazing literary journal.

This year the students released Wayfarer's Diary, at the Decatur Book Festival. We had a great time without you. Check out the pictures if you don't believe me.

Wayfarer's Diary by the Wren's Nest Publishing Company

The editors compiled submissions from their fellow high school students and learned the ropes from professionals all summer.

Limited Editions of Wayfarer's Diary are on sale for a mere $5. Pick up your copy here. We think you'll love it. Plus, the proceeds will ensure that we can put together the best damn high school publishing program in Atlanta again next year.
