The Wren's Nest sits on 2.25 glorious acres in Atlanta's historic West End. This is what our backyard looks like through the lens of Jason Travis's camera:

We have a natural grass amphitheatre -- complete with a rustic stage -- that seats up to 750 well behaved guests. Gosh, that tent sure is nice. Procure one just like it here.


We have a house, of course, but it is not available for use. Exactly 1 person has had the privilege of hosting an event inside, and that person was the home's restoration architect. Restore the Wren's Nest, then we can talk.

We specialize in easy-going event planners and laid-back events. In the past we've hosted:


Weddings • Concerts • Fundraisers • Family Reunions • Birthday Parties


Perhaps you have heard of them. Say, were you wondering what our rustic stage looks like? Jason Travis can give you an glimpse of this architectural oddity from 1929 (it's the concrete thing under the magnolias):

We have enough electricity to host the Rolling Stones (and are anxiously awaiting their call).


Our front porch is open for smaller events, like wine tastings or happy hours, and can accommodate up to 75 of your extraordinarely polite guests. You can see it in the behind these super happy and laid back people:

Our 50-seat reading garden is an ideal spot for your next book club meeting, picnic, or symposium (Greek symposia only, please.). Is it pictured below? No. But is the pictured area just northwest of said reading garden? You bet.

Still listening? Let's talk money. Rates are as follows for 4-hour events:


Large Events, Monday - Friday

• 100 - 199 guests: $1100

• 200 - 299 guests: $1600

• 300 or more guests: $2100


Large Events, Saturday - Sunday

• 100 - 199 guests: $1300

• 200 - 299 guests: $1800

• 300 or more guests: $2300


Small Events, Monday - Sunday

• 50 - 99 guests: $10 per guest

• 50 - 99 guests, including storytelling and/or house tour: $11 per guest


• Less than 50 guests: $7 per guest

• Less than 50 guests, including storytelling and/or house tour: admission prices apply


Note: each hour beyond the 4-hour window costs 25% of your base fee. Setup and break down are not included in this window.

Note #2: the Wren's Nest provides the grounds and electricity, but little else. Need chairs, tables, and a tent? Check out Classic Tents and Events. Need restroom facilities? You sure do - Pit Stop is the best, easy. Most caterers are welcome, but please ask us first to make sure.
