We’ve posted before and after photos of the Wren’s Nest exterior conservation efforts. There are a whopping 59 in all.

There are captions underneath each photo in the album, and remember — you do not need a Facebook account to view the photos. (However, if your place of work has blocked Facebook, you’ll probably have to wait until you get home to see our progress. Mom.)

Good work in Pixelmator, Lain!
And, Amelia, I think it’s important to note that these Before/After shots are the real deal. You didn’t purposefully use unflattering lighting in the “Befores” or use a newer house in the “Afters.” You guys are good!
I enjoyed the before and after photos and am encouraged to do our own restoration at The Bunny Bungalow. Thanks for sharing.
Question, what if a person has this situation:
1) Work computer denies access to “Facebook”
2) Home computer is not to be used, as said person is slowly divorcing himself of all technology as he gradually devolves into the lifestyle of a nomadic goat herder.
How do you suggest a person such as that views these pictures?
Kirk, for our octogenarian donors who are not familiar with computers, I’ll often “print” pictures and “mail” them to their homes. I’ll add you to their “mailing list.”

I am impressed with the pictures and other materials you have posted on the web. That is the way to reach and interest a larger audience–something that the Wren’s Nest always needs. In Sept.I saw the new visitors’ center at Mark Twain’s house in Hartford and had a tour of the renovated house and expanded tour. It nearly drove organization into being bankrupt. But they seem to be doing well and whole is much improved.
I have a brass early double light fixture that might suit well in the bath at Harris house. It is probably from early 19th c. If you can use it, I will donate it. I propose to donate my collection of Harris books and other materials to Special Collections, Woodruff Lib.
