How do you get to the top? One step at a time and this is what we are doing. I sense that the center for storytelling is on the way. (Year of completion 2009) The storytelling on line is a great lead in to what we do.

Thanks, Joseph.

I would send my webmaster right to work on that broken link, but since it's her birthday we'll let it slide until tomorrow.

Great NYT article, greater blog. I look forward to my first visit to the Wren's nest. FYI the Atlanta Intown news link is now outdated, and links to the July issue (the .pdf works though).

Keep up the good work.

Jonathan, please stop by when you roll on through. Heck, bring the dogs. We'll close the gates and they can run around our amphitheater in the back.

Sunday morning on the screened in porch, overlooking Lake Tillery, I awoke to read, on (NYT) Times Reader, the story of The Wonderful Amazing Rehabilitation of Uncle Remus and His House, which we visited 20 years ago when our children were 6 and 9. Going to FL in late July via ATL; absolutely must revisit The Wren's Nest with my family.

We have three dogs who can recite, almost daily, "How Mr. Dog Got Tame." Dey pint to dey collars and say, "Dish yer'll tell yo a lot mo' den I can." They stir from naps, bark, growl, wag their tails. They want to go back down to the dock and look for Br'er Terraypin; yesterday they saw a Mud Turkle.

Definitely joining the Wren's Nest at the Family Level.

You might like to know that the first open reading of the Greensboro Uncle Remus Society will take place soon.
