		<description>Yes and no.  Here in southwest Atlanta, that&#039;s the way it&#039;s working out currently.

But they&#039;re also building a new park on the east side, clearing away old rail lines along the E and NE side, and purchasing more land.  Currently, I think they own 48% of the land to be used for the Beltline.
