Scary, Strange & True Confessions Time

As you can tell, I feel very much at home at Wren's Nest because I so enjoy being in the company of your family spirits. They are indeed very warm, witty and love to laugh. Their joy is contagious. I also feel at home sitting on the stairway because my Great Uncle Loring Dodd, a professor of Fine Arts often visits me in my dreams to kindly nudge me into returning his rare turn of the century illustration, oils & and rare book collections back into his Victorian home in Worcester, MA to create museum which would also include all of his interviews in his home with memorable friends of his day such as Robert Frost, Helen Hayes, Amy Lowell. I've always wished that I could fulfill his dream. Second best to that, I am fortunate enough to have seen you fulfilling yours in a way that certainly make your ancestors proud. So they have communicated.

So, Lain, I hear that you've accepted and won the challenges inherent in grant writing. Congrats on your hard work well done! I have a grant idea you may wish to pursue. That being from The Smithsonian's link here: http://www.folklife.si.edu/center/Archives/archives_Links.html

Hi, Lain -

"Oh, it's Ladies Night. . . " Wind up the Victrola because we Ladies of Ghost Hounds are honored to accept your kind ( & brave!) invitation to return to The Wren's Nest tomorrow, Friday June, 22. for the revealing of our findings from our Ladies Night investigation on June 2nd.

I am sorry to say that I will not be able to attend, but I so look forward to my next visit. We love to spend time at the museum, which does feel more like a home to us. There are always good folk (earthbound & non) to share great stories.

Hi, Lain - Thank you so much for your kind hospitality in hosting our Ghost Hounds Ladies Night .

I so enjoyed reading your blog of the evening's adventures.

You certainly have inherited your great-great-great Grandad's muse as a writer, antiquarian & humorist in your own right !

You should be very proud of the work you have done already on behalf of your ancestral home & museum, Wren's Nest.

I know that my fellow Ladies-Who-Hunt join me in saying that we were truly honored to be so welcomed not only by you but possibly by your ancestors as well. All there that evening commented on the very joyful, loving atmosphere we'd felt during our investigation.

Please visit our "home" our website:

www.ghosthounds.com

And check out the Message Board for the posting

Our one disappointment was that we didn't get to see how long you could indeed hold your breath while modeling the proper swimming attire required for the competition !

Lain, we look forward to sharing our findings with you. Pam, our Investigation Team Coordinator will be in touch with you soon.

Be prepared for some major excitement for the best is yet to come !

Glad to say, we Ghost Hound Babes aren't "just whistling Dixie".
