DBF Update: The giant Target tent is up and covers 1/3 of the MARTA plaza - I don't think Decatur has ever seen a tent this big! And even more importantly, the port-o-lets have arrived. You can't have an outdoor festival without those! (That makes 3 exclamation marks for me) I want a Soy Nut Butter (magazine) and a bookmark!
