Why is "further economic development and growth" irreconcilable with historic preservation? This seems like a false dilemma, Chris.

What a stupid decision. Instead of pursuing further economic development and growth, they decide to protect an old building that has very little historical significance.

I'm sure the last thing Atlanta wanted was construction jobs and sustained growth to the region's premier university. Good call. Old bricks vs. education and economic growth.

Old does not equal valuable.

This just shows how much GaTech hates the Atlanta community and is only interested is GaTech's narcissistic interest. Maybe Atlanta should no longer provide any police, fire, or other public services to GaTech since they could care less about the Atlanta community.
